The module was declared as github.com/brooktrails/slp, but the repository
lives at git.brooktrails.org/brooktrails/slp and there is no github.com
namespace behind that path. Point the module and its internal imports at
the host that actually serves them.

Mechanical: go.mod plus the two internal import sites. No behavior change.
