`expandLocalReusableWorkflows` opened a reader to get repository contents that was never closed. For small files this would cause no issue as a git blob optimization reads those into memory and closes the reader immediately, but larger files being present as a reusable workflow would leave this reader unclosed. #13756 formalized a requirement that `git cat-file` readers must be closed before the repository's `Close` is invoked, and added a panic when that isn't followed, which would cause a panic. Hi there! Tired of big platforms playing monopoly? Providing Git hosting for your project, friends, company or community? Forgejo (/for'd͡ʒe.jo/ inspired by forĝejo – the Esperanto word for forge) has you covered with its intuitive interface, light and easy hosting and a lot of built-in functionality.
Forgejo was created in 2022 because we think that the project should be owned by an independent community. If you second that, then Forgejo is for you! Our promise: Independent Free/Libre Software forever!

The agreement for this license was documented in June 2023 and implemented during the development of Forgejo v9.0. All Forgejo versions before v9.0 are distributed under the MIT license.
