The "Report room" button doesn't work #1

Attempting to report a room results in an error message like the following:

MatrixError: [404] M_UNRECOGNIZED: Unrecognized request (https://matrix.brooktrails.org/_matrix/client/v3/rooms/!xFv0kEmM0_8bZatn06u4cAxIqttI69IE9ECBRlJLWPI/report)
